This is a sweet dessert wine made from Cayuga Grapes.

Estate-grown Cayuga, a New York hybrid. Fermented in barrel and aged in tank. TA 6.4 g/l, pH 3.45, RS 78 g/l.
Unusual aroma, citrus, slightly grapey, and almost minty. But that is probably because I rarely get to taste this variety. Very sweet with that minty flavour on the palate, a touch of almonds too, and very ripe citrus. Marked by the variety and not heavily marked by the oak. Sweetness well balanced by the acidity. Silky texture, rounded out by the oak, I suspect, and a grapey sweetness on the finish. (JH)

A port-style made from Tannat grapes purchased from a grower in Shenandoah AVA, from Sherman Ridge Vineyard. pH 3.94, RS 52 g/l. Aged three years in French oak. 
Very dark garnet with smudgy rim. Rich, ripe black fruit but no raisining. Sweet, spicy, the sweetness well balanced by the firm but smooth tannins. Warm from the alcohol and tastes better slightly chilled. There's an attractive savoury side to this port-style wine, slightly leathery, which is a good foil to the sweetness. The tannins build in the mouth. A very good port style, harmonious and sustained. (JH)

Buckle up for our 2021 vintage just bottled. On the lees three years. 70 cases total. The complexity is amazing. Lovely brioche on the nose and a lovely complexity with marzipan and lemon and such an incredible balance. This sparkling wine is offering up a huge mouthful of flavor!!!! We will put this wine up against most champagnes in its price range. A bit of Pinot Meunier of course. World championships here we come 2025. We are hoping to beat our own Bronze from last year.

We used a german yeast to produce a very unique profile, different than some of the exsisting Traminettes.

Your initial experience will be lilac on the nose, with some grapefruit and lemon peel on the pallet, followed by a lovely elegant finish.     A really interesting fun wine.  Lovely color and clarity.   This is a very dry white wine.

   This is one of our best white wines to date. Think PEACHES. Enjoy this lovely, light, crisp wine, full of aromatics of peaches which follows through with lots of flavor.

SILVER MEDAL WINE 

Aromoa's of strawberries, elegant, beautiful salmon color, nicely balance and a favorite of guests.   Not sweet at all at .01% RS   This has fruit forward notes but dry.  A excellent wine. 

A beautiful, bold blend –
66% Merlot, 29% Tannat, 14% Cab Franc

This amazing blend is sure to please the palate of the bold red lovers!   Dark Cherry, Pepper, and baking spices, Lovely soft Tannins come through from the Tannat,  from the extended oak aging, Stewed red fruit and black currant on the nose.

If you love Big Red wines, this is a lovely grape that is compared to Cab Sav.   We put a touch of American Oak on it, otherwise it spent it's life in French Oak.   This dry lovely balanced wine is stunning. Earthy, mouth-watering, fruit compote, lingering, and soft.
